Supply information

Clear arrangements from enquiry to delivery.

EPINOSTICS LTD works primarily with business enquiries, quotations and agreed supply requirements. Delivery arrangements depend on the confirmed requirement, quantity, specification and destination.

This policy explains the standard arrangements used for domestic UK supply unless a different delivery arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

01 / SCOPE

What this policy covers.

This policy applies to physical goods supplied by EPINOSTICS LTD where delivery has been agreed as part of a business quotation or supply arrangement.

It covers the normal stages between confirmation of a supply requirement and delivery to the agreed address.

  • Order or supply confirmation
  • Requirement and specification review
  • Preparation and processing
  • Dispatch arrangements
  • UK delivery
  • Delivery exceptions and delays
  • Address and receipt requirements
02 / CONFIRMATION

Delivery begins with a confirmed requirement.

Delivery times are calculated only after the relevant supply arrangement has been confirmed and the information required to proceed has been received.

Requirement

Specification confirmed

The product type, relevant specification and quantity should be sufficiently clear before processing begins.

Address

Delivery details received

The agreed delivery address and any relevant delivery instructions must be available before dispatch.

Arrangement

Supply confirmed

The applicable quotation or supply arrangement must have been confirmed before a delivery timeframe can be allocated.

Timing

Processing starts

Standard processing times begin from the next business day after all required information has been received and the arrangement is confirmed.

03 / PROCESSING

Processing and preparation.

Standard supply requirements are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after confirmation, subject to the agreed specification and quantity.

Larger, recurring or specification-dependent requirements may require a different preparation period. Where this applies, the expected timeframe will be communicated as part of the quotation or supply arrangement.

Business days

Business days mean Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays are not counted as processing days unless a different arrangement has been confirmed.

04 / DISPATCH

From preparation to dispatch.

Once the supply requirement has been prepared, it will be arranged for dispatch using an appropriate delivery method for the confirmed requirement and destination.

01

Preparation

The confirmed requirement is prepared in accordance with the agreed supply arrangement.

02

Dispatch

The prepared supply is handed to the selected delivery provider or arranged for the agreed delivery method.

03

Delivery

The delivery provider transports the shipment to the confirmed UK delivery address.

05 / DELIVERY TIME

Standard UK delivery times.

For standard UK deliveries, the usual delivery period is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Stage Standard timeframe Additional information
Requirement review Up to 2 business days Used to review the information supplied and determine the next step.
Standard preparation 2–5 business days Begins after confirmation and receipt of the information required to proceed.
UK delivery after dispatch 2–5 business days Subject to the delivery provider and destination.
Non-standard requirements As confirmed Larger or specification-dependent requirements may have a separately agreed timeframe.

The above periods are standard working estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Where a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed, that date will take precedence over the general estimate.

06 / ADDRESS

Delivery to the correct address.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before dispatch.

  • Company or organisation name where applicable
  • Building or unit information where applicable
  • Street address
  • Town or city
  • Postcode
  • Any relevant access or delivery instructions

If an address needs to be corrected before dispatch, please contact EPINOSTICS LTD as soon as possible.

Where a delivery has already been dispatched, an address change may depend on the delivery provider and may not always be possible.

07 / RECEIPT

Receiving a delivery.

Deliveries should be received by an appropriate person at the agreed delivery address where the nature of the delivery requires receipt.

Customers should check the external condition of the shipment when it arrives and report any visible delivery issue to EPINOSTICS LTD as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a delivery provider records delivery confirmation, that information may be retained as part of the relevant supply record.

08 / DELIVERY ISSUE

Missed or unsuccessful delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incomplete or access cannot reasonably be obtained, the delivery provider may make another attempt or provide further delivery instructions.

Any additional delivery arrangement should be followed according to the instructions provided by the delivery provider.

Where an unsuccessful delivery results from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, any additional delivery arrangements may be considered separately.

09 / DELAYS

When delivery takes longer.

Delivery estimates can be affected by circumstances outside the normal processing and delivery timetable.

  • Delivery network disruption
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Unexpected transport or operational disruption
  • Requirements that require additional preparation

If we become aware of a material delay affecting an agreed supply arrangement, we will provide relevant information where reasonably possible.

10 / LARGER SUPPLY

Larger and recurring requirements.

Larger quantities, recurring requirements or supply arrangements involving specific specifications may require a separate preparation and delivery schedule.

In these circumstances, the applicable delivery timeframe will be discussed as part of the quotation process and, where appropriate, included in the confirmed supply arrangement.

A separately agreed timeframe takes precedence over the standard estimates shown elsewhere in this policy.

11 / DELIVERY COST

Delivery charges.

Delivery charges, where applicable, depend on the destination, quantity, shipment requirements and delivery method.

Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated as part of the quotation or supply arrangement before the relevant supply is confirmed.

EPINOSTICS LTD does not apply an undisclosed delivery charge after a supply arrangement has been confirmed.

12 / OUTSIDE UK

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom.

International delivery is not automatically included in the standard UK delivery timetable.

Where an international supply requirement is accepted, destination, delivery method, expected timeframe and any applicable additional requirements will be discussed before the arrangement is confirmed.

International delivery may require additional time due to transport arrangements, customs procedures or other destination-specific requirements.

13 / REPORTING

Reporting a delivery problem.

If a shipment arrives with a visible issue, appears to contain an incorrect item or has another delivery-related problem, please contact EPINOSTICS LTD promptly.

For the fastest review, please provide:

  • Relevant quotation or supply reference
  • Delivery address
  • Description of the issue
  • Date of delivery
  • Photographs where they help demonstrate visible packaging or delivery damage

We will review the information and confirm the appropriate next step in accordance with the applicable supply arrangement and our Refund Policy.

Delivery issues should normally be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery so that the relevant information can be reviewed promptly.

14 / REFUNDS

Shipping and refunds.

Shipping arrangements and refunds are handled separately. A delivery delay does not automatically determine whether a refund is available.

Where a refund or other remedy is applicable, it will be handled according to the circumstances of the issue and the terms set out in our Refund Policy .

Where goods need to be returned, the applicable return instructions will be provided before the return is arranged.
